Purpose: Suite of 2 large areas designed for individual desk hire, available 24x7.  The suite includes commercial WiFi provision, a meeting room for 6-8 people, breakout / touchdown areas, a 3-4 person team room and lockers.  There is also a kitchenette with drink-making equipment and ingredients provided as part of the desk hire.  This area will be managed by a specialist company on behalf of KCH.
