Donate button script

The Word document here contains the html code can be used to insert a CAF donate button onto a page. It needs to be pasted into the "Source" for the page. Unfortunately this seems to get lost if the page is subsequently edited and so needs to be re-inserted in the Source tab each time the page is edited.
